1. Returns
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at rubelgobusiness2@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or full refund.

4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
